Basic Crafts is the vision of Owner Olivia, Founder of Alchemats Material & Hardware, after seeing a need in the community for a higher standard of design. A maker at heart, she brings to life collectible textiles and custom hardware that feel like works of art. Samantha, a longtime friend, family in spirit, and a maker herself, began learning the business from Olivia and encouraged her to expand her creative reach.

Now, with Olivia designing & plotting from one coast and Samantha running base operations from the other, they bring a shared spirit of curiosity and creative alchemy into Basic Crafts.
